This layer copied again to join with 2010 pl94-171 population by race (P1) summary tables. 17 June 2011 - ED-CODE calc'd to 11 for 2011 bdy adjustments. 18 July 2011 - ERASED and APPENDED vote2011aew5.shp with pct_new_merge1.shp to produce this layer, vote2011redist_base.shp. Also hand calculated various needed data fields (see Purpose section for detail). NOTE: FOR THE 2011 PRECINCTS 3, 4, 14, and 88 - THIS LAYER CONTAINS ONLY first level P2 POPULATION SUMMARY.
